Terms of Use
Effective date: 12 August 2026
Last updated: 12 August 2026
Version: 1.0
These are the terms you buy under, and the terms you use this website under. They are written in plain English and in the first person, because one person runs Evolve Within and it is that person you are dealing with.
1. Who you are buying from
Evolve Within is a sole-trader business based in England and Wales. The website is evolvewithin.co.uk. Email: connect@evolvewithin.co.uk.
2. What is sold here
Digital products: self-guided programmes, workbooks, journals, printables, assessments, trackers and audio recordings, delivered as files you download. The product page is the description — what it lists is what you receive, and it is the description everything below refers to.
Where a membership is offered, its cancellation, pause and billing terms are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy rather than here.
3. Your licence: personal use
Buying a product gives you a licence to use it yourself. It does not transfer ownership of the content, which stays with Evolve Within.
You may download the files, keep them, print them for your own use, and use them for as long as you like.
You may not resell, share, redistribute, republish, upload or reproduce the workbooks, assessments, journal pages, trackers, audio or any other part of a product, in whole or in part. That includes passing files to another person, posting them anywhere other people can get them, and using them commercially, with clients, or with a group.
If you want to use something with a group or in your own practice, write to me and ask.
4. Digital downloads, and immediate access
Everything sold here is a digital download. You receive the complete product the moment you buy it — there is nothing to post and nothing to wait for.
At checkout you confirm that you are asking for immediate access and that this ends your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. After that point there is no refund for a change of mind. The 14-day guarantee in section 5 is a separate thing, and it stands whatever you confirm at checkout.
The audio is AI-narrated. A full plain-text transcript is included for every audio track, so nothing is locked behind the sound.
5. The 14-day guarantee, and its one ground
There is no satisfaction guarantee: no refund because a product did not change you, and no refund for changing your mind once you have downloaded it. One guarantee is given instead.
14 days, if it is not what the page said it was. If what you receive does not match the description on the product page, tell me within 14 days of buying it and you get your money back in full. That is the one ground on which a refund is given — a missing stage, section, workbook, journal, assessment or recording; fewer stages, exercises or recordings than the page said; a listed format that is not included; or something that is not the product the page described.
It does not mean that you wanted more than was listed, that it did not feel the way you hoped, or that you have changed your mind. Those are not covered.
The full wording — how to claim, what to send me, and how long the money takes to come back — is on the Refund and Returns Policy page. That page governs; this is a summary of it.
6. Files that will not open
If a file will not open, is corrupted, is missing pages, or the download itself fails, email connect@evolvewithin.co.uk and I will send you a working copy. There is no time limit on this. A file that will not work is put right by replacing it, so that you end up with the thing you paid for. That is a replacement rather than a refund.
7. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Nothing on this page reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for any purpose you told me about before buying. If it is not, you are entitled to have it put right or replaced, and to a reduction in the price — up to the full price — if that cannot be done. Those rights stand whatever this page says.
8. What this is, and what it is not
Everything sold here is educational and reflective. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for support from a qualified professional. It does not cure, heal, fix or treat anything, and I make no promise about outcomes.
The assessments and trackers are a personal reflection, for you — a way to notice your own behaviour over time. They are not clinical measures and they are not a verdict on you.
If you are already working with someone who supports your wellbeing, this is meant to sit alongside that, never to replace it or to override their advice.
9. If you need support now
This work touches real feelings, and now and then it may touch tender ones. Go at your own pace — there is no schedule to keep, and nothing here is a test. If an exercise ever brings up more than a page should hold, please pause and lean on a real person too, not only a programme.
If any part of your life involves being harmed, controlled or made unsafe by someone else, please take care with the boundary and confrontation exercises, and put your safety and proper support first. Some situations need more than reflection.
Please do not use anything sold here in place of urgent help. In the UK, the Samaritans are there any hour of any day, free, on 116 123, or by email at jo@samaritans.org. If you are outside the UK, please use your own local support line. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
10. Getting in touch
Email connect@evolvewithin.co.uk. If your message is about a purchase, include your order number and the date you bought it.
I am one person rather than a rota, so no reply time is promised — but I read every email myself and I answer it myself.
11. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms as the products change. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. Material changes are posted here.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts. Nothing here takes away the protection of the consumer law of the country you live in.
These terms should be read with the Refund and Returns Policy, which sets out the guarantee in full. Last reviewed and updated: 12 August 2026.
